Amanda joined the YBL team in January of 2019. She brings with her over 15 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience and has advanced knowledge of QBD & QBO. She also has experience and uses many Apps associated with QBO. Amanda was promoted to Senior Bookkeeper and she prides herself on her client relationships, which she builds as she trains clients on how to use the QBO software so her clients are just as hands-on as she is with their businesses. As the Onboarding Bookkeeper, it is her responsibility to structure all bookkeeping procedures for new clients and determine which bookkeeper has the best skill sets to take over each individual file.
